ROUTEWISE LTD operates www.routewise.co.uk as a limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 15925665). The registered office is 25 Aragon Drive, Ilford, England, IG6 2TJ.

Users must review these Terms before accessing the site. By using any part of the Website, you acknowledge that you accept the Terms and agree to comply with them. The company reserves modification rights for both the Website and Terms.

2. Definitions

• Files: All files related to satellite navigation routes available through the Website.
• Intellectual Property Rights: All intellectual property rights in any media, whether registered or not, including (but not limited to) copyright, patents, trademarks, website marks, trade names, registered designs, and any applications for protection or registration of these rights.
• Purpose: The provision of the Files.
• Product Fee: The pricing for relevant Files shown on the Website, minus applicable vouchers.

3. Contract

Users must pay the Product Fee including applicable VAT or sales tax. In exchange, Routewise provides File copies per the Terms. Routewise reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny you access to the Website for the Purpose. If denied, the company reimburses paid fees. Routewise may transfer rights or obligations under these Terms.

4. Access to the Website

Routewise reserves the right to restrict access to the Website at any time. If users have paid but haven't received Files, Routewise will either send them or refund the Product Fee at its sole discretion.

5. Use of the Website

Routewise owns or licenses all Intellectual Property Rights for the Website and its content. Unless expressly stated in clause 5.2, the Terms do not grant you any rights to the Website or the material published on it.

Users may use the Website and download materials solely for the Purpose, in accordance with these Terms. Commercial use or other purposes require permission. Unless otherwise stated, all images, pictures, or information on the Website may be copyrighted works and are the exclusive property of Routewise or its licensors.

Unauthorized use is prohibited. If you violate any of these Terms, your permission to use the Website will automatically terminate, and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
